Removing our original home of 20 years to build a new home was a journey we embarked on with a lot of mixed emotions. Riva Homes worked with us from day one to make our vision become our new home and helped ease the uncertainty we had in the pits of our stomaches. The relationship built with the team in the early stages (pre breaking earth) helped us become more excited and go all in without looking back.
What really helped us through the build process was the honesty and transparency in the communication with the Team, and the respect, space and time given to us when we needed to make decisions throughout the process.
Gerad and the team would give us the information needed to make decisions that were right for us. Any questions along the way, were never too big or too small and always answered. I had used the painter on a previous renovation and he recommended Riva Homes for my extension build and renovation.
