Mt Wellington Townhouse Development

This project was for an astute investor client. The site was located on Mt Wellington highway, very close to many great facilities and transport options. Although a large shared driveway and busy main road created some challenges, we were able to work with these and complete three quality townhouses – at a nice specification, suitable for a good investment property.
